Visa Courses

We offer two types of semester courses:

• Standard Semester Course (Levels A1 - B1 or levels A2 - B2)
• Half Intensive Semester Course (Levels A1 - B2)

You can apply for a Visa D if you enroll in one of our semester courses (6 months). To begin the process, you’ll only need to pay 50% of the course fee upfront. After receiving your payment, we will send you both a payment confirmation and a registration confirmation or an acceptance letter. These documents are necessary for your visa application and should be submitted to the Austrian embassy or consulate in your home country.

Please be aware that visa processing times can vary, so if there are any delays in processing your visa, we are happy to accommodate this by postponing the start date of your course until your visa is approved.

Once your visa is granted, we kindly ask that you pay the remaining balance of the course fee promptly. If your visa application is denied, we request that you provide the official denial letter. In this case, we will refund your deposit, minus a 150 € processing fee.

The Austrian authorities typically issue a Visa D for students who are enrolled in one of our semester courses. However, visa requirements can vary depending on your country of residence, so we recommend checking with the Austrian embassy or consulate to confirm the specific visa conditions before proceeding with your application.
