Terms of Service

1.  Data Protection:
We adhere strictly to data protection laws and utilize personal data solely for internal purposes and to process bookings. Personal data will not be shared with third parties.

2.  Registration:
You may register for a course by either submitting the registration form on our website or contacting our school directly. Please note that registration becomes binding upon receipt of payment and is subject to the conditions outlined below.

2.1  Changes to Course Registration:
Changes to booked courses are possible until the Thursday preceding the course start date and are subject to a processing fee of € 30. No changes are possible after this deadline.

2.2  Withdrawal Before Course Commencement:
Cancellation of registration is possible until the Thursday before the course start date. In such cases, a 100% refund of the course fee will be issued. Withdrawals after this deadline but before the course commencement will result in a 50% refund of the fee.

2.3  Withdrawal After Course Commencement:
Should you decide to withdraw from a course due to dissatisfaction, a full refund of the course fee will be provided if the withdrawal occurs by the midpoint of the second week of the course, provided the course duration is 4 weeks. No refunds will be issued thereafter. Failure to attend the course will result in forfeiture of any refund.
For semester courses, 50% of the course fee will be refunded if you withdraw after the start of the course, unless your visa application has been rejected. In such cases, a fee of 150 € will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.

3.  Minimum Number of Participants:
The course will proceed with a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 participants. If we do not meet the minimum requirement, we reserve the right to cancel the course and refund the full fee to participants. Alternatively, if registrations allow, we may divide the course into two groups, with the the course also taking place one week later.

4.  Lesson Times:
The precise lesson times are published on our website two months in advance and are accessible to all participants. Any necessary changes to lesson times will be communicated to participants in a timely manner.

4.1  Cancellation of Lessons on Public Holidays:
The course will be canceled without substitution on select public holidays. In months with two public holidays, lessons will be held on one of the two public holidays, with the decision communicated in advance.

4.2  Closure Around Christmas and New Year:
Our school will be closed for two weeks around Christmas and New Year (from December 23 to January 5), during which no lessons will be conducted.
